Licensed in 1977, Rob entered private practice in 1983 after five years as a staff attorney in the legal department for the city of Nashville and Davidson County. Thereafter, he was extensively involved in personal injury litigation throughout middle and east Tennessee. In representing various governmental entities, his practice has taken him to state courts in these areas as well as the Federal Court in middle Tennessee and the Federal 6th Circuit Court of Appeals in Cincinnati. He has filed a reply brief for a client in the United States Supreme Court.
